Email Communication Policy

Emails are generally responded to Monday through Friday, from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Please note there can be a 24–48-hour response time during the week. I will respond to emails received over the weekend beginning Monday mornings. Please note response times may change over holiday and vacation periods.
 For active clients, meaning you have an upcoming appointment booked or it has been no more than 2 months since your last appointment, 2-3 brief email exchanges per month are included.
Outside of this time, I may have to charge for time accrued answering your emails. If you are having concerns regarding your herbal protocol, you may be asked to consider booking in another 30-minute session so that all your concerns can be addressed appropriately.

Service Cancellation Policy

The Foundation Package
The package is an investment in your health and well-being. Refunds for your package minus a $15.00 administrative fee are available no later than 7 days prior to your first scheduled appointment of the package. After the first appointment no refunds for the package are available.
 
Appointment Cancellations and No-Show Appointments:
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Your first cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge.  Your second late cancellation (less than 24-hours notice) will result in a $20 rescheduling fee.  "No shows" are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule. The rescheduling charge for "no shows" is $60. I do however take unexpected emergencies into consideration and make a case by case decision.

Group Consultation Cancellations:
Refunds for group consultations minus a $15.00 administrative fee are available if you cancel no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled group consultation. Thereafter the group consultation can be rescheduled for a $20 rescheduling fee. A “no show” or cancellation with less than 7-days notice are not eligible for a refund. The rescheduling charge for “no shows”  is $60.

Workshops & Classes
No refunds available for a missed class or workshop. In the event that Cura Viriditas/Kay Sidahmed has to cancel a class or workshop, a full refund will be issued.
