During your initial consultation you will get to share your well-being story unhurried and uninterrupted, guided by my questions. Following your initial consultation and each follow-up session you receive an updated assessment and review of your well-being situation, main concerns, goals and wishes.

You receive customized guidance and suggestions addressing your specific needs including the core pillars of well-being:
Nature Connection, Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Stress Balance, Social, Emotional & Spiritual Well-being.
Custom Herbal Protocol
Following your initial consultation you receive a foundational custom herbal protocol, which we will tweak and change over time subsequent to your follow-up sessions. Depending on your unique situation, we may also wait until after your first follow-up session to begin a herbal protocol.
Education & Empowerment
Throughout our work together you will learn tools and become empowered to navigate your own well-being journey. Additionally, I will provide you with opportunities to learn more about your respective plant allies and how to grow and make your own herbal foods and remedies.

1:1 Appointment Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am - 3:30pm; Friday 11am-3:30pm.

Group discussion or Group experience - topic of your choice. I will assist with topic development.
- Topic examples: Herbalism 101, Menopause/Perimenopause Support, Medicine Making Workshop, Seasonal Allergies, Sleep Support.
- In-person available if you are local (Northern Virginia) and provide the space. Otherwise virtual.
- Digital handouts for all participants
These discussions will be kept more general for the group without customized individual herbal protocols.

How It Works
New Clients:

Click "Request to Book" button under The Foundation, select an appointment from the calendar, click "Request to Book" once more and fill out the booking form.

I will review and confirm your appointment request within 24h during the week or first thing Monday morning, if your request is made on a weekend.

Once I confirm your requested appointment slot, I will send you an invoice for the service. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

You will then also receive an extensive intake questionnaire & informed consent to complete no later than 72 hours before your initial consultation.

Existing Clients:

Click the "Request to Book" button under your chosen Follow-Up service.

Pick your appointment slot from the calendar and continue with booking.

You'll be sent an invoice shortly after booking, which is due upon receipt.

Group Consultations & Free Clinic:

You will be directed to fill out an inquiry/application form.

I will review your form and be in touch with next steps.
