Join and learn what the plants can teach us about relation with self, land, ancestors, and others. This remembering of kinship grounds us in the collective web of life and allows us to hold ourselves and others with care.

We’ll explore the practices of herbalism and forest bathing beyond their supportive effect on the physical body, and how they invite us to come into presence and serve as portals into co-creation and belonging.

 

This session provides simple and practical ways to play with and integrate meaningful plant connections into our daily lives, adaptable to all lifestyles and living circumstances.
