Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations and No-Show Appointments: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Your first cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Your second late cancellation (less than 24-hours notice) will result in a $20 rescheduling fee. "No shows" are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule. The rescheduling charge for "no shows" is $60.
