Cancellation Policy

The Foundation Package The package is an investment in your health and well-being. Refunds for your package minus a $15.00 administrative fee are available no later than 7 days prior to your first scheduled appointment of the package. After the first appointment no refunds for the package are available. Appointment Cancellations and No-Show Appointments: Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Your first cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Your second late cancellation (less than 24-hours notice) will result in a $20 rescheduling fee. "No shows" are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule. The rescheduling charge for "no shows" is $60. I do however take unexpected emergencies into consideration and make a case by case decision.
